This project was previously known as Project 029.

This 365-acre forested tract of rolling ridgelines has over one-third mile of frontage on Scenic Highway 11.  The property features a beautiful mountain stream and bold views of Glassy Mountain.  It is anticipated that this property will be used for passive public recreation, such as mountain biking and hiking.
