Oakland Plantation

This project was previously known as Project 025.

This project protects 52 acres of open land and the associated 19th century plantation buildings from development, in an area dominated by residential subdivisions.  This is a historically and architecturally significant site, with types of structures found nowhere else in Greenville County.  The property features rolling pasture that falls off to a wooded creek bottom.
